This policy explains cookies and similar storage used by Elite Fairways, operated by NODODATA S.L. It reflects Article 22.2 of Spain’s LSSI-CE, the GDPR and the AEPD’s guidance on cookies.

The application itself sets no login, shopping-cart or advertising cookies. Hotjar may also use short-lived checks and local or session storage to test storage support and coordinate recording. Google and Hotjar control their scripts; consult Google’s cookie documentation and Hotjar / Contentsquare’s current storage documentation for their current inventory.
Cookieless pageview measurement
Our first-party measurement sends the page path and, on the first page of a visit, the referring URL to our server. It uses no cookies, local storage or session storage. The server records the time, path, referrer, browser user agent and an identifier derived from the IP address, user agent and date. The daily identifier is pseudonymous. This measurement runs even when optional analytics are declined. See the privacy policy for its purpose, legal basis and your rights.
Optional form protection
Cloudflare Turnstile loads only when the site operator enables it with both required keys. It verifies form submissions using browser signals and a short-lived token. This code does not enable clearance cookies. Cloudflare can issue a cf_clearance cookie if pre-clearance is separately enabled in its dashboard; its duration then depends on that configuration.
Browser settings and contact
You can delete or block cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Clearing site storage removes the saved choice and the banner will appear again. Browser restrictions may prevent us from saving a choice. For questions, withdrawal requests or help with storage that cannot be cleared here, email hello@elitefairways.com. Provider data already collected is handled as described in the privacy policy.
